quick facts about our DVD Duplication:
- We
use name brand blank DVD media, not generics, to
assure the widest possible compatibility with players on
the market.
- Full
face color printing is included with every DVD. We print directly
onto the face of the the DVD. No labels are used! We print
in full color from
your
provided
artwork.
We can take almost any graphic format. Make sure that your
art is sized to 300 dpi. Call 1-888-324-9770 if you have questions.
- Each
DVD comes in a vinyl sleeve.
No expensive add on packaging prices not included in the
base
price. Other packaging is available.
- Encoding
services are available.
We can turn your BetaSP, DVCPro, DVCPro50, DV or DVCAM master
into a high quality DVD. Call 1-888-324-9770 for more information.
- We
stand behind our product. If there is a problem with
your order, we'll strive to correct it to the best of our ability.
Ship
us the defective product via UPS or FEDEX within 30 days and
we'll replace it. (We're not responsible for problems that
arise from incorrect authoring or encoding of your DVD. We
dub what you send.)

How to have your project
dubbed in 7 steps.
- Select
your package from our price
list. We
specialize in short run (50-250) DVD-R from your DVD-R master.
- Download
the order
form and fill it out to include with your master. We
accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Make sure you sign the copyright
clearance section. We cannot duplicate any project without a
signed and dated order form.
- Fax
your order form to 1-877-324-2486. Also include it
with your master.*
- Pack
your master well and ship it along with your order to:

DON’T SEND YOUR ONLY MASTER.
MAKE A BACKUP COPY**.
- Include
any graphic art for labels or cover on a CD-ROM. We can accept
almost any common graphic format. Photoshop files
or TIFFs
work best. You can also upload any graphics to ftp.midsouthduplication.com
(contact us for the login and password) or email
them to
graphics@midsouthduplication.com.
- Most
orders in the sub-250 range take 3-5 days from receipt of master. We’ll
contact you when your order is done
and give you a total.
- We
ship UPS or FEDEX. We
can charge to your account number with either carrier.
*We
reserve the right to refuse duplication of
adult or inappropriate content.
** We are not responsible for
any damage to your supplied master while it
is in storage.
